Terms and Conditions of Platform Use

1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

This Terms and Conditions document constitutes a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and ftn11 ("Platform", "we" or "company"). By accessing, browsing or using any part of the ftn11 platform, you hereby declare that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by all terms set out in this document.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are required to immediately stop using the ftn11 platform. Continued use of the platform after any amendments are published will be considered acceptance of the amended terms.

These terms are to be read together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, which form part of the overall agreement between you and ftn11.

2. Membership Eligibility and Registration

To register and use ftn11 services, you must meet the following requirements:

• Be at least 21 years old on the date of registration and while using the platform.
• Not be on any self-exclusion list or gambling exclusion programme administered by the relevant authorities.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not be using this platform from a jurisdiction that prohibits online gambling.
• Register only one account per individual — multiple accounts are prohibited.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate and valid information including your full name as per your identity card (MyKad), mobile phone number and an active email address. ftn11 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time in accordance with Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures.

3. Account Policy

Each member is fully responsible for the security of their account. The account password is confidential and must not be shared with any other party. ftn11 will never ask for your password via email, live chat or any other communication channel.

You are responsible for all activities that occur in your account, including financial transactions and betting activity. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify our support team immediately via live chat or email at [email protected].

Each account is for personal use only. Transferring, selling or assigning an account to another party is prohibited and may result in the actions described in Section 8.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

ftn11 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals:

• Cryptocurrency — USDT, BTC and ETH

The minimum deposit is RM10 per payment method. The minimum withdrawal is RM50. Withdrawal requests that meet all requirements will be processed within 1 hour.

All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). For cryptocurrency transactions, the applicable exchange rate is based on the current market rate at the time of processing. Members are responsible for any network fees or charges imposed by third-party payment service providers.

ftn11 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal. This includes but is not limited to identity verification, payment method verification and responsible gambling compliance checks.

5. Bonus and Promotion Terms

All bonuses offered by ftn11 are subject to the specified wagering requirements and validity period. Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly and must be fulfilled through qualifying betting activity.

Welcome Bonus: A 200% bonus offer of up to a maximum of RM1,500 on the first deposit. The wagering requirement is 15 times the bonus value received before any winnings from that bonus are eligible for withdrawal.

Applicable calculation examples:

• Deposit RM100 → bonus RM200 → account balance RM300 → required wagering amount: RM200 × 15 = RM3,000
• Deposit RM1,600 → bonus RM1,500 (maximum cap) → account balance RM3,100 → required wagering amount: RM1,500 × 15 = RM22,500

The ftn11 VIP programme offers weekly cashback to members based on membership tier: Bronze (up to 0.2%), Silver (up to 0.5%), Gold (up to 0.7%), Platinum (up to 1.0%) and Diamond (up to 1.2%). Tier upgrades depend on activity and active membership duration.

6. User Responsibilities

As a ftn11 member, you agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

• Using unauthorised software, bots or automated methods to access or influence game outcomes.
• Sharing login credentials or allowing another party to use your account.
• Registering multiple accounts with the intent of obtaining bonus or promotion benefits unlawfully.
• Conducting any form of money laundering or unlawful financial activity through the platform.
• Disrupting, damaging or attempting to circumvent the ftn11 platform's security systems.
• Making false claims regarding transactions or winnings to a bank or payment service provider.

Any breach of the provisions above will result in immediate action such as account suspension or closure, forfeiture of balance and winnings, and reporting to the relevant authorities where necessary.

7. Game Rules

All games offered on the ftn11 platform are run using certified random number generators (RNG) or through live casino studios operating under international licences. The results of all games are final once completed.

ftn11 is not responsible for any losses arising from technical disruptions, internet connection issues, or device failures on the user's end during gameplay. Should a technical disruption affect a game outcome, we will review the game records and resolve any disputes based on data stored on the server.

Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled or changed. Members are responsible for ensuring that every bet placed is within their own financial means.

8. Account Closure and Suspension

ftn11 reserves the right to suspend or close any member account at any time with or without prior notice if there is reasonable cause to do so, including:

• Breach of any provision in these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to meet identity verification (KYC) requirements within the specified period.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or illegal activity.
• Request from regulatory or law enforcement authorities.
• The member's own decision to close their account through a self-exclusion programme.

If an account is closed due to a breach of terms, the balance and winnings associated with that breach may be forfeited. For account closures requested by the member, any valid balance will be processed for withdrawal once all outstanding wagering requirements have been met.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, ftn11 and its affiliated companies, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential losses, or loss of profits arising from:

• The use of or inability to use the ftn11 platform.
• Any errors, disruptions, or delays in data transmission.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence.
• Losses arising from game or betting outcomes.

The ftn11 platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties regarding availability, accuracy, or suitability for a particular purpose. Any third-party services integrated into the platform are subject to their respective third-party terms and conditions.

10. Amendments to Terms and Jurisdiction

ftn11 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments will take effect upon publication on this website. It is the member's responsibility to review the terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.

Any disputes arising from the use of the ftn11 platform will first be resolved through negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable international arbitration rules. The language of arbitration is Malay or English.

ftn11 operates under an international licence. It is the member's responsibility to ensure that the use of online gambling services is lawful in the jurisdiction where they reside.
